Unique bedrooms
At Symondsbury Manor you’ll stay in a rambling 17th century house, not a hotel, so the atmosphere is that of a country house week – and every bedroom is unique.
All bedrooms are deeply comfortable twin or double rooms, and can be booked for a single guest. Most have lovely garden views.
En suite
Four of our delightful rooms at the Manor come with an en suite bathroom. However, all our rooms—whether en suite or not—are beautiful and full of character.

Deluxe
Our two deluxe rooms feature private baths and basins; one has a superking bed, the other a gorgeous king-size four-poster.

Standard rooms
Our so-called “standard” rooms are anything but ordinary. A twin room and a stunning four-poster double room share a bathroom, as do the two cosy connecting attic doubles, perfect for friends booking together. The lovely Garden Room, a ground-floor twin, enjoys a private bathroom just across the kitchen. Hardly standard at all!

On our Secret Garden and Summer Glow Tour:
We will be staying at Symondsbury Old Rectory, reserved exclusively for G&T guests. It, too, is not a hotel, so the atmosphere is that of a country house week – and every bedroom is unique. The Old Rectory is a spacious early Georgian house with splendidly high ceilings and elegant sash windows, reputed to be the biggest rectory in England. It has a huge comfortable sitting room, a dining room and even a library games room with a pool table.
Recently renovated, the Old Rectory has 11 immaculate bedrooms, seven of them fully en suite doubles, and four further standard doubles (one a twin), each sharing bathroom facilities with one other room. Rooms will be allotted in order of booking.

On our Cotswold Foray:
We are staying at the award-winning and deeply luxurious Bruern Cottages in the heart of the Cotswolds, close to Burford and the enigmatic Rollright Stones. As well as being extremely comfortable and fully ensuite, Bruern comes with an indoor swimming pool, gym and its own lovely gardens.
Eight double bedrooms are available: six en suite in Weir House and Aintree Cottage, and two rooms, sharing a bathroom, in Aintree Cottage.
